Searching for the Right Location

From the very beginning, we knew that choosing the right site would play a key role in shaping the future project. That is why we took our time, exploring different parts of Canggu, evaluating locations, nearby infrastructure, the surrounding environment, and the area's long-term potential.

The search took time, but in the end we found a site that truly matched our vision — a peaceful and well-positioned plot in the heart of Berawa.

What stood out to us was its convenient location, calm atmosphere, and open surroundings. Everything needed for comfortable everyday living is close by, while the area still offers a sense of privacy and tranquillity.

Berawa continues to grow while preserving its unique character. It was this balance that convinced us we had found the right place for our first development.
