Start of Perimeter Piling Works on the Site

A key stage has begun at the Buddha Club House construction site — the installation of perimeter piles. This work is essential to prevent soil displacement and structural deformation, particularly in the context of dense urban development.

The piling serves several important purposes:

• protecting neighboring buildings from possible ground shifts and damage during excavation and foundation work,

• reinforcing the edges of the excavation site,

• stabilizing the soil around the perimeter,

• preparing the ground for the upcoming foundation stage.

The work is being carried out by SATRIA, a specialized construction company with strong expertise in preparatory and engineering solutions. Thanks to their professional approach, the project is progressing on schedule and in full compliance with safety regulations.
