Engineering Works Completed at OM Project

The installation of the main engineering systems at OM Club House has now been completed. With this stage finished, the team is moving on to interior finishing works and equipment installation.

Work Completed at This Stage

• installation of electrical and lighting systems;
• installation of water supply and sewerage systems;
• installation of ventilation and drainage systems, along with the infrastructure required for climate control equipment;
• preparation of the technical infrastructure for the smart home system and security systems.

All engineering systems have been tested and comply with Indonesian building regulations as well as international quality standards.

About OM Club House

OM Club House is designed for a limited number of owners, creating a more private residential environment. The project is located in Berawa, where the beach, restaurants, cafés, and the area’s main attractions are all within easy reach. It is suitable both for private use and for rental investment.

The completion of the engineering systems confirms that construction is progressing according to schedule. At every stage, the team monitors the quality of the work and ensures compliance with the project documentation.
